XXXI Scientific Instrument Symposium ***** Meeting Announcement ***** The XXXI Scientific Instrument Symposium take will place 8-14 October 2012 in Rio de Janeiro where we will be hosted by the Museum of Astronomy and Related Sciences (MAST). In addition to a programme of talks, visits to the most important collections of scientific instruments in Rio de Janeiro are planned. The symposium web site is now available with a preliminary programme, call for papers, lodging, travel information, and other details. Registration will be opened soon.
