SIC PUBLICATIONS

The Scientific Instrument Commission publications include an annual Newsletter, a cumulative bibliography database, and Papers and Proceedings from past symposia. Each of these is described below.

In addition to these publications, the Commission will have a distinct and identifiable section within an annual issue of journal Nuncius (see the Nuncius web site for more information about this journal). The four SIC sections that have appeared are:

The Scientific Instrument Commission has two annual publications:

  • a Newsletter, of which Number 23 appeared in May 2002.

  • the SIC Cumulative Bibliography of books, pamphlets, catalogues and
    articles on or connected with historical studies on scientific instruments.
